I was born in Ankara, Turkey, in 1975. After finishing high school in 1992, I have studied Archaeology at the University of Hacettepe in Ankara between 1993- 1998.
During my studies I have also attended several different courses on Photography.
The focus of my photographic work is the examination of the human condition through the situations in daily life. Besides the portraits of so-called “ordinary people”, my particular focus is especially on the faces and fates of cities, districts or special spaces.
